The Plantronics shows up in both the Playback devices and Recording devices and are both set as Default. I'm having two major issues: 1. Nvidia Geforce Gtx 650 Driver Windows 10 there. My microphone is so loud it plays in my ear very loud and I cannot adjust the volume, it's either full blast volume or mute. I can sometimes hear the phone ring but when I answer, the other person cannot hear me even though the microphone is picking up sound in sound properties.

Everyone else here has a Dell laptop and has not had any issues. I've spent about a week on this and have hardly made any progress. I'm beginning to think it just isn't possible.

I know there have been many posts on this but I have done everything mentioned in the posts. Still very frustratred!
