Windows 10 Amd Driver Problem

I have an AMD HD 6450 in a Dell Inspiron 620 (mid 2011) and after Windows 10 upgrade the AMD drivers (for Windows 10, 64 bit) are not working and are disabled. The error code in Device Manager is: 'Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. Windows defaults to the Microsoft basic video driver. I worked with the Microsoft Answer Desk yesterday and they tried (via remote) to fix the problem but were unable to. Not sure what to do next, not sure if this is a Windows or Dell or AMD problem but.

I just upgraded to windows 10 and it disabled it and migrated to useless basic windows driver. Before the upgrade I had Crimson 16.2.1 Catalyst with Win 8. Driver worked perfectly then. I checked these links I will need to roll back to Win8 if the driver isn't available. As far as I can tell there are no Win 10 drivers for this HD 6450 card yet.

Looks like the Radeon HD 6450 will not get an official Windows 10 driver, it is considered Legacy now and they are not actively updating drivers for it.

However, they say this, meaning if you go manually download the driver it should work with 10: For users looking for a WHQL certified driver, the AMD Catalyst™ 15.7.1 driver will continue to be available for users running Windows® 10, Windows® 8.1, and Windows® 7. Looks like the driver is on the list on their site, you just have to remember the full name to find it in their list for manual downloads.
