Ever since I updated my laptop to Windows 10, my bluetooth has stopped working, which is a problem since I use it to connect my speakers and mouse. I have a Dell Latitude E6220, which has an embedded bluetooth device in it: Dell Wireless 375 Bluetooth Module. I checked the Device Manager and found that all the Bluetooth devices (which are listed under Bluetooth and Network adapters) have been greyed out In the Properties of Dell Wireless 375 Bluetooth Module, Device Statues is listed: Currently, this hardware device is not connected to the computer.

(Code 45) To fix this problem, reconnect this hardware device to the computer. And in Event Information: Device USB VID_413C&PID_8187 60D819B635B3 requires further installation. I clicked on Update Drivers, but it informs me that it is already up-to-date. The Driver information is: Driver Provider: Broadcom Corporation Driver Date: Driver Version: 12.0.0.8047 Is Dell Wireless 375 Bluetooth Module not compatible with Windows 10? Is there a way or fix to make the bluetooth work again?

Thanks & Regards, AS. I had this same problem after I installed some software (possible candidates included F-Secure antivirus software & Epson Print Connection checker, or maybe just a rogue Microsoft update). In Device Manager the bluetooth drivers had disappeared though you could see them as 'grayed out' in the list if you went to view>show hidden devices. To resolve this issue on my Dell XPS 13 I opened and ran Dell Command Update, which came preinstalled with my machine. It found 2 recommended updates, which I ran, which fortunately turned out to be the missing bluetooth drivers. A quick reboot and bluetooth is back up and running. Hope this helps some other Dell users who encounter this problem.
