Realtek Ethernet Controller All In One Windows Driver Windows 10

Hi Everyone, I have An Asus N551JX with Realtek ethernet Card (Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller) Driver 7.92.115.2015. After installing Windows 10 (via Microsoft Upgrde from an official Windows 7 Pro), i have problem with ethernet: The connection comes and goes. Saying problem with my DNS. But I have another computer (Toshiba Satellite L750D) on the same network under Windows 10 which is working just fine. I have to reset the card too often (5 minutes).

Impossible to work like that. Of course impossible to go back to Windows 7. So I uninstalled Windows 10. With a lot of regrets. Realtek is everywhere.

Realtek PCIe Fast Ethernet Family Controller: - RTL8100E. About Ethernet Drivers: Windows platforms generally apply a generic driver that allows motherboards to recognize the Ethernet component. Realtek Ethernet All-In-One Windows Driver is intended for the installation of Realtek FE/GbE Family Controller under most operating systems.

How can it be possible?? There are a lot of users with the same issue. Microsoft what do you do?? Some people works with Windows.

PS: the Tosh has a Qualcomm Atheros AR8152 PCI-E Fast Ethernet Card. Hi, To troubleshoot the issue with network follow these methods: Method 1: I would suggest you to follow these steps and reset the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) settings: • Open an Administrator CMD window.

If you can’t find a way, use these steps: • Press CTRL+Shift+ESC to open Task Manager. • Click File >Run New Task • Make sure you have a check mark beside “ Create this task with administrative privileges” • Type “ CMD” without quotes and click on OK.

Type “ netsh int ip reset c: resetlog.txt” without quotes and press Enter. Method 2: I would suggest you to clear the DNS (Domain Name System) cache.

• Press CTRL+Shift+ESC to open Task Manager. • Click File >Run New Task • Make sure you have a check mark beside “ Create this task with administrative privileges” • Type “ CMD” without quotes and click on OK. • At the command prompt, type “ ipconfig /flushdns” without quotes and press Enter.

Method 3: I would suggest you to uninstall the drivers for Network adapter completely and manually install the drivers in compatibility mode. Right click on the downloaded driver package file and click on Troubleshoot compatibility and follow the on-screen instructions. Let us know the results. Not helpful at all, just networking 101 stuff. 'downloaded driver package?' , hello, its the network card, no connection to the internet!!!

Here goes, there is a Microsoft and a Realtek version of the network card driver. Of course once Windows 10 loads the Microsoft version, it doesn't see the card and the machine bsods if you try to remove it. The only way to get rid of it is to go to safe mode and uninstall it. Download the latest Realtek version using another working machine and copy using thumb drive, what a cluster.

Not risking moving to Windows 10 on my dev machine again (rolled back to 8.1) until I am sure Microsoft fixes the driver issue. Software developer on Microsoft platform since launch (still remember cpm and msdos 1.0 on 3 1/2 disk). Windows 10 Update Nvidia Driver. Hello Same computer Asus N551JX and same problem in windows 10 after upgrading. Reinstalled drivers in compatibillity mode as you say and still fails. Caution symbol in network ethernet status when you have some minutes working and some times the cable seem to be disconnected.

No ping to the gateway. It is directly related to be connected to the internet. If I disconnect the router from internet and I use it without internet it does not fail. Please solve it!!! Or I will have to return to windows 8.1.

Does not seem to be a realtek problem seem that all asus n551jx users have this problem. Touched all the options I can touch in network card settings with no success. Maybe some software is If you want I can test more things for you. Give me more ideas.

Best regards Manu. Here is how I got it working on my friends Asus and also my HP which had the identical issue. Downloaded the driver from Realtek for 8.1 Rolled back to 8.1 Went to control panel 'device manager', removed the card and specified 'delete the driver' Don't scan for changes as it will reload the driver. Don't try to install the driver from the machine as it will install the driver and say 'the best driver is loaded' when it isn't.

Run the Realtek installation for the driver. Check the 'device manager' you should see the card and the network should connect OK. Reboot the machine and then install 10. After that I had no more problems Best of luck.

I have contacted ASUS and they ask me to uninstall windows 10 until all drivers were developed. This failure told me that is generalized and there is no easy way to solve. And told me that there is problems with buetooth and wifi connection too.

So I have uninstalled windows 10. I think it is not a good idea to suggest an update with no drivers for you users. Maybe some months more in beta testing would be better than make your licensed users wasting our time testing your windows 10 final BETA version. Asus said the same to me and if it not works send computer back. But this is a new computer I bought and already at the installation of Windows 8.1 it was the problem with Realtek PCIe GBE card not working. So I had the same problem in Windows 8.1. R eset to factory default settings are removed in Windows 10.

To get my computer exchanged had not helped. So first I tried to update the driver manually (all Intels and Realteks drivers). Since I manually update my computer drivers it have works with no problem. So I have not send my computer Asus G771JW back (yet).

“Windows 10 does not support F9; F9 is ASUS recovery key for Windows 7 and specific 8.x devices only. I have had your problem too. When I have returned to windows 8.1 network card give me some problems too. I make a factory reset my computer with a pendrive I have prepared before and now it work fine.

Despite you do not have it, maybe you can do it in windows 8.1 following this instuctions. You need a 16gb pendrive. F9 worked for me but you have to shutdown the computer hold-pressing power. If I power off only shuting down in windows it never works.

It does not seem to be very nice for the hard drive but it worked for me.
