Hp Sata Drivers Windows 10

I upgraded from Windiws 7 to Windiws 10. Everything is working fine, but I can no longer use my computerSYNAPTICS trackpad to either scroll with or for tapping. I have to hold the left button down to scroll and cannot tap at all. Left and right click works but zero scrolling. I have tried reloading trackpad/mouse drivers I have tried using Windiws 8 and 8.1 drivers I have tried using computer in compatibilty mode.

With Windows 10 being a recent release updates and drivers are being posted as they become available.

Here is a link to that may help find additional drivers. Although it lists Windows 7 it does work in Windows 10.

Once launched, it should show a screen like this. Use the second option 'Background Intelligent Transfer Service', it should lead to a force update of 'Windows Updates' that may not be automatically being applied, that could fix some of these issues. If there has not been any and you were unable to use it in compatibilty mode your options are to just wait for an update or recovery back to the orignal operating system.

Best of Luck! HI - I received another email fro HP support with advice on my driver problem. I yet again downloaded and updated the drivers from the windows end, as well as from the HP end. Even after I had a phone call and tried everything I was advised to do, my trackpad scrolling problem still persists. The case number is [Content Removed] Please could you advise if there is an HP support service in Adelaide, South Australia, where I might take my laptop to sort out the problem.
