Well sorry I cannot offer any further help. As far to say you can run a System File Check that will check the system files on you Windows 10 system. From an admin command prompt (right click start pick Command Prompt (Admin) from the list) sfc /scannow That will take 30 minutes or so to complete.

Hi Mate Old thread i know but need some help. I have the SX215 and i have tried installing the driver above.

However, near cpmpletion, i get the error message that reads' the printer driver package cannot be installed'. The PC already recognises the printer as a SX210 but also shows driver unavailable under the printer and devices section. Any help to try and install the driver? Regards What version of Windows 10 are on, 32 bit or 64 bit?

(Start >Settings >System >About, then the System Type). The link is for 64 bit so maybe you are on 32 bit? Has a dropdown list for select operating system if that the case. Select 32 bit Windows 10 and try that.
