Thank you Regards, Sahil Bali. I three have this problem! When we upgraded to Windows 10 from Windows 8, we lost both printers. Canon provides Windows 10 drivers, but we can't uninstall the Windows 8 drivers. I've tried the Settings tile in the start menu. I've removed the printer through the traditional control panel setting.

Following a Canon suggestion, I disabled the printer's sharing and removed it to no avail. Following another Canon suggestion, I removed it in safe mode with the device manager. I also followed this advice with no success. The Canon installer has now placed several apparent clones of the printer on the computer. The device manager has listed each as 'Canon MF4100 Series UFRII LT (Copy X). Given three tries, I'm now up to copy 4! Xbox 360 Controller Driver For Windows 10 64 Bit on this page. What now besides doing a clean Win 10 install, which I have actually done once. Within a day or so, I stop being able to connect to any of the printers and can't remove them for the reasons noted above.
