Hi, Thank you for posting your query on Microsoft Community. As per the description, I understand that you are facing some issues using Windows 10. I worked with a Microsoft tech on this and she did everything you suggested here, including reinstalling my NVIDIA display driver. I wasn't disconnected from the internet for a couple of days, but then it happened again and has happened a couple times since - though not every day.

My Windows 7 Professional system is new, according to Microsoft all my software is the latest and my system updates are all current - as are all my Dell system updates. Apparently nobody has an answer for me for this problem. Also, as I mentioned in another thread here, I cannot log on to my ISP/home page using 'Edge', so I'm still using IE - which I prefer anyway but this is just another problem. I get an error message that says 'metadata not available'.

And finally, when I do (still) get disconnected from the internet my PC is knocked back to the first sign-on screen (Windows 7 has 2 of those) and the graphics have been enlarged by 50%, which requires me to restart my PC before I can do anything. Thanks for your help. I have fixed this issue with myself. Just go to your PC manufacturer's website and then find the appropriate driver i.e.

Intel HD Graphics 5500. Tenda W322u Driver Windows 10 more. Simply download it and install it.

Your problem will be fixed then. Why does it happens: The PC manufacturer modifies the driver according to their BIOS which makes the driver compatible for the BIOS to run it.

These modified drivers are called non-generic or manufacturer's driver. These drivers are different from the drivers that you may find on your hardware provider's website, e.g. Solution for the issue: So, I recommend you that never to download driver from the Hardware provider's website. Always go to your manufacturer's website and download he appropriate driver.
