Apple Usb Device Driver For Windows 10

I've seen this posted a couple times without an acceptable answer. I have an Apple Cinema Display with USB Speakers. There is no driver for these speakers.

They use the Generic USB Audio Driver. In Windows 7, they worked fine. After upgrading to Windows 10, the startup sound will play, then get cutoff near the end. After logging in, no sound will play. In playback devices, I can see the green bar going up and down, but no sound emits.

These are the only speakers in the system as I've disabled all other sound options (through BIOS and NVIDIA). I've messed around with different formats, though for some reason, only 16bit formats are listed. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the drivers multiples times, and tried every USB port on my system. Hi, Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. I regret the inconvenience caused to you.
