On windows 10 64 bit they added driving signing meaning that any driver must go through them to cut down on virus etc. I spoke with Microsoft and they told me I didnt have to disable it, when I did that I ran into lots of program issues including the 1080. Since then I have disabled the driving signing and put windows into basically test mode.

I suggest give it a try, You can perm stay in test mode and download drivers from any site. Its stupid I know but in fact it works. Look for putting windows in test mode.
